The user selects a target location and is then guided to that location by displaying an arrow on the screen of the iWalker. The iWalker has no need for additional user input devices, since the wheel encoders are used as input channels. After a special gesture with the iWalker, the user scrolls through the list of target locations by moving the iWalker forward and backward (patent pending). Afterwards he selects one with another gesture, and the iWalker starts to give navigation instructions until the target is reached (shown as pulsating dot).
