Navigation Assistant

The user selects a target location, and then he is guided to that location by displaying an arrow on the screen of the iWalker. Since the iWalker has no real user input devices, the wheel encoders are used as input channels. After a special gesture with the iWalker, the user scrolls through the list of target locations by moving the iWalker forward and backward. Afterwards he selects one with another gesture, and the iWalker starts to give navigation instructions until the target is reached (shown as pulsating dot).
